Raymond Town Council to give proposed Community Standards bylaw second reading

Monday night is the regular meeting of town council in Raymond. 

Included on the agenda is the second reading of a proposed Community Standards bylaw.

“There were nine different bylaws that we’re all talking about. Different things we thought. Is there a a way to bring them together?,” Mayor Bryce Coppieters explains of the proposed document.

“We want to listen to the community, allow them to have input as what they want to see in our community and get feedback that will drive the decision that Council makes. We want to make sure members of our town have a say. We’re transparent….that they have a say in a decision moving forward forward for our community.”
