Lethbridge Police in search of driver involved in weekend daylight hit-and-run incident

Lethbridge Police are wanting to talk to the driver of a Pontiac Grand Am involved in a collision with a scooter on Saturday.
It happened at around 9:45 in the morning in the Upper Eastside neighbourhood of town.
LPS says a 26-year-old man on the rented scooter was trying to cross 13th Street South at 5th Avenue when he was hit.
The driver did stop, got out of his vehicle, removed the scooter from the road, got back into his car, and left the scene.
