Lethbridge-area farm donates $1 million towards foundation’s Bringing Hearts Home Campaign

The Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation has received a $1 million dollar donation from Serfas Farms towards its Bringing Hearts Home campaign. 

Third generation farmers and brothers Kevin and Mark Serfas say the family believes in investing where they live, work, and raise their families.

Agriculture, Kevin says, is about long-term thinking, caring for what has been entrusted to you and leaving things better than you found them. 

His brother, Mark, calls it meaningful knowing that more people will be able to receive specialized care closer to home for generations to come.
