Lethbridge Polytechnic receives $62K donation from Coalhurst benefactor

Lethbridge Polytechnic has received a significant donation from a well-known Coalhurst business. 

Precon Manufacturing is continuing its support of the post-secondary institution with a $62,000 gift towards student awards.

Another $25,000 was added to the total through a program known as the Board of Governor’s Matching Endowment Initiative making the overall contribution $87,000. 

LP president Scott Cunningham is grateful for the relationship that the company has with the college in helping to pave the way for graduates to become engineers.
