City of Lethbridge introduces Capital Improvement Program hoping community will offer input
The City of Lethbridge is hoping to get its residential and business base involved in future project spending and planning over the next ten years.
Known as the Capital Improvement Program, or C-I-P, its goal is to ask the community where they feel the future focus should be.
Chief Financial Officer Darrell Matthews met with the media Monday morning to introduce some of the details.
“Proposed transportation and community projects total about $240 million from 2027 to 2030 and more than 940 million over ten years,” Matthews explained.
