Home sales in Lethbridge region ‘down’ in August both year-to-date and year-over-year

The Lethbridge & District Association of Realtors has come out with its monthly figures for August. 

As expected, being Summer, sales were sluggish, down both year-to-date and year-over-year. 

147 homes were sold last month with the average price in the City of Lethbridge at a little over $448,000. 

243 rural sales were recorded outside the city in communities like Coaldale, Taber, and Vauxhall and, as it turns out, was also a decline year-to-date and year-over-year.
