Police charge 36-year-old Calgary woman in 2023 homocide

A 36-year-old Calgary woman has been charged after the death of a 62-year-old Lethbridge man back in the late Summer of 2023. 

Lethbridge Police Service laid the charge after their investigation and an autopsy confirmed the man was fatally struck in the head. 

Police say they had a difficult time locating the accused, based on her transient life, and made an appeal back in July for her whereabouts. 

The woman was found in Calgary last month, and was taken into custody.
