Carts for County’s retooled curbside recycling program begin rollout Wednesday

Residents living in Fairview, Monarch, and Mountain Meadows will receive their new curbside blue bins starting Wednesday.

Lethbridge County Director of Infrastructure Ryan Thomson adds there will also some information attached to each of the containers.

“It talks about some of the things that will come with your cart. There will be a wind mitigation latch and how to use that in our conditions. Also, a recycling guide that covers what goes into the cart…what stays out of the cart. Some collections tips and why this program is in place.” 

Blue bins for Deer Run Estates, Diamond City, and Shaughnessy will be delivered to homes beginning Monday morning.
