University of Lethbridge to sponsor five-part professor series over Fall, Winter

The U of L is kicking off a lecture series later this week – the first one on the university’s new full-time Southern Alberta Medical Program. 

It begins Thursday with Dr. Richard Buck, the program’s associate dean, and fellow physicians Dr. Jonathan Cluett and Dr. Ashley Rommens.

Their presentation, entitled Growing Our Own: How SAMP can transform Health Care & Research in southern Alberta, begins at 7 p.m.

It takes place at the Sandman Signature Lodge and is the first of five sessions, with one, in late November, focusing on economics and agriculture.
