NICHOLAS “NICK” ANTHONY ALVAU, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Paulette Alvau, passed away at St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit, surrounded by family, on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at the age of 83 years.

Besides his beloved wife, Paulette, Nick is survived by his daughter Nicole, son-in-law John, and his beautiful granddaughters, Julia and Sofia, as well as his sister Rosa and brother-in-law Nello Gioia, along with many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Paul and Virginia Alvau, sister Maria, and brother-in-law George Siegl.

A Celebration of Nick’s life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 – 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. with Pat Siedlecki officiating.
