IRIS ANDRONOWICH, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Walter Andronowich, born on May 8, 1944 on the family farm near Springside and passed away at home on Monday, March 30, 2026 at the age of 81 years.

Iris is survived by her son Richard (Nicole) Andronowich and grandsons Daniel and David and daughter Patty Andronowich (Chris Wardle) and granddaughter Hayley. She is also survived by her sister Phyllis Borysko, brother John Pawliw and Vicky Crozier.

Iris is predeceased by her parents Michael and Dora Pawliw and her brother Marty Pawliw.

All are welcome to attend the Prayer Service that will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 – 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. with Deacon Jim Manzara officiating. The Prayer Service will be live-streamed and may be viewed through Iris’ obituary on the Cornerstone website.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. BASIL’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 – 13 Street North, Lethbridge, AB, on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Twelve – Noon with Father Santiago Torres celebrating.

Following the Funeral Mass, Iris will be laid to rest in Royal View Cemetery.  All are welcome to join the family in the basement of St. Basil’s Catholic Church upon their return from the cemetery for a short reception.
