FREDERICK “FRED” EDWARD CHAPMAN, beloved husband of Phyllis Martin, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the age of 79 years.

At Fred’s request, no formal Funeral Service will be held.
