BETTY DOREEN CHRISTOPHERSON, beloved wife of the late Dennis Christopherson, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, March 8, 2019, at the age of 74 years.

She was predeceased by her son Doug, husband Dennis, sister Liz, brother Edward, brothers-in-law Bill Yanke and Edwin Jesse.

She accomplished much in her life, including raising her three children.  She is survived by her two sons, Barry (Sandy) and Troy, all of Lethbridge.  Also left to cherish their memories are her three grandchildren, Amber (Mitch), Nathan, Alexis; two great-grandchildren Serenity & Casey; two brothers, Roy (Mable) Johnson of Orion, Alberta and Fred Johnson of Medicine Hat, Alberta; five sisters, Marion Yanke of Lethbridge, Lorraine (Jim) Bjarnason of Langley, B.C., Evelyn Jesse of Lethbridge, Shirley (Louie) Goulet of Warner, Alberta, Margaret (Leroy) Marthaller of Redcliff, Alberta.  She will also be missed by her brother-in-law Dwayne (Doreen) Christopherson of Lethbridge and sister-in-law Diane (Dave) Veley of Redcliff, Alberta; as well as many nieces & nephews.

Betty liked camping, knitting, crocheting, sewing, baking, and coloring.  Her love of life and people touched the lives of all those who knew her.  She truly touched us all and our time with her was marvelous.

Betty will be laid to rest beside her husband, at a private interment service.

A Come-and-Go Reception will be held at the KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS HALL, 125 – 13 Street North, Lethbridge, AB on Thursday, March 14 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
