JACOB CUMMINGS & KELLY-ANN CUMMINGS (BRUISEDHEAD) passed away suddenly on Friday, April 20, 2018 in Calgary, AB

Relatives and friends are invited to Wake Services at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Monday, April 30, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. with Tributes being given at 7:00 P.M.

Funeral Services will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. with cremation to follow the service.

In memory of Kelly-ann and Jacob, and in respect to Delilah, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Children’s Hospital, 2888 Shaganappi Trail N.W., Calgary, AB, T3B 6A8, who continue to care for Kelly-Ann’s five year old niece who was also injured in the motor vehicle accident.
