Well that’s a wrap! Another year is in the books and here is how things looked over the complete year of 2019….

We can feel pretty good that, once again, Lethbridge and Southern Alberta out-preformed many Real Estate markets in the province. We managed to have an increase in transactions when compared to the prior year, and we saw almost a 5% increase in average home prices! This has once again allowed us to have one of the most stable markets and makes us a shining star when it comes to real estate investment.

We are often influenced by news stories and information that is coming from our larger city centres; currently some of them are experiencing some tough market conditions. We are very fortunate to have a city that has a great mix of local, national and even global companies. We also have some very strong industry backed by an amazing farming and agricultural economic engine. We’re also very lucky to have two world class educational institutions with Lethbridge College and the University of Lethbridge. Because of our steady real estate market, we remain one of the most affordable communities in the province when it comes to owning a home.
