ERIK THOMAS MARTINUS DONKERSLOOT, of Coaldale, beloved husband of Jean Donkersloot, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the age of 76 years.

At Erik’s request, no formal funeral service will be held.
