March 2019 Lethbridge Real Estate Market Report

Spring has finally sprung, and with it, the market has definitely seen some significant action. Overall, March 2019 was up compared to March of last year for the amount of real estate transactions, which is a great sign for the balance of the year!
March also saw the Westside have the most transactions, followed by the Southside, and then the Northside. The busiest price group for home sales was in the $250-$300,000 price point, followed by the $200-$250,000 group. A nice surprise this month was that there were 6 home sales in the $600-$700,000 range, which shows that there is confidence in our local real estate market!
