HELEN MARY PENNINGTON, of Lethbridge, AB, beloved wife of the late Roy Pennington, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital with her daughter Terry-Lynne by her side, on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the age of 87 years.

Helen is lovingly remembered by her son, Troy, and daughter, Terry-Lynne, and their spouses, and her grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Sienna and Kaia. She is also survived by three stepdaughters and their spouses, as well as many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her brother and sister, and by numerous extended family members on both her side of the family and Roy’s.

Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband, Roy, in January 2026; her stepson, Alan; her parents; and many other cherished family members from both sides of the family, as well as the family dog, Toby.

She leaves behind a large and loving family who will carry her memory in their hearts and cherish the many years, memories and moments they shared with her.

Helen will be laid to rest during a family graveside service at Mountain View Cemetery.
