MAY 25, 1943 – FEB 1, 2026

“Better then nothing, but thanks for asking” was the phrase Ron always said when anyone asked how he was. He was rough on the outside but he was a big teddy bear on the inside, however, he never let alot of people know that. He loved his family and would always give his best advice on things. Ron joined the navy at a young age and also worked for the Canadian Pacific Railway for many years.

WILLIAM “RON” PRATT passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 82 years old. He is survived by his 3 daughters; LeAnne (Scott Malchow), Lisa Hall and Rachel Pratt (Dwayne Lundgren); 3 grandchildren; Jeff Malchow (Nicole Wapple), Travis Malchow (Sarah Marshall) and Paige Kane and 8 great grandchildren. Ron is also survived by his sisters Glenda Wilde (Sidney, B.C) and Sherry Bennett (St. Albert, Alberta) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Herb and Leah Pratt, his brother Allan Pratt and one grandson Brady Hall.

At Ron’s request, there will be no funeral service.
