Hello, my name is Susie and I am confused!
I have a short story to tell so please take a moment. I was found 1 year ago in the dead of winter frozen, my owners were never found. I was owned by a nice lady for a year but then she got a new kitten, I didn’t like sharing my humans and started to become stressed and overwhelmed. I made a mistake one day and attacked the little human in my home, after that I was given away…. My new home did not want me either, there was another cat in the home and we constantly hissed at each other, my new humans didn’t like this and threatened to throw me outside.
My rescuers saved me from a life on the streets or a vicious cycle of home after home because no one understood me.
It’s not that I don’t like other cats, I just like a calm home where I can relax and give my family all the love they could ask for!

I am good with children, but I need a home with no other cats, I am spayed, vaccinated and de-wormed.

In From the Cold Rescue is not a licensed/registered rescue. We have been helping homeless cats since 2015. All fees collected from adoptions are used for supplies (food, litter, blankets/beds, etc) and vet care for future cats.
