Jody Desiree White Quills (Naamomo’tsstakii — Victory Woman) of Lethbridge passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Chinook Regional Hospital, at the age of 49.
Our beloved Jody: mother, sister, grandmother, niece, cousin, and friend has gone to a beautiful place to join her children, parents, grandparents, relatives, and friends who were waiting to welcome her. We are grateful for the memories Jody left us, which we will always cherish. One of her accomplishments was having A Red Seal journeyman in Carpentry; Jody was a strong, independent woman who lived fully and on her own terms. She loved concerts, was creative in her own way, and poured that same energy into the people around her. She carried a warrior’s mentality; she excelled in kickboxing, was a strong runner, trained hard, and made many fun and lasting memories with those she loved. Her smile could brighten anyone’s day, and her laugh could be recognized a mile away. She will be missed for her smiling face, her laughter, and her silly antics.
