Crews respond to garage and vehicle fire in south Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Nobody was hurt in a fire on the south side this past weekend.

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services was called to a home on the 3000 block of 5 Avenue South at 6:48 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

When members arrived, they found a garage and vehicle fully engulfed in flames.

The blaze was quickly extinguished.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation and damages are estimated at approximately $150,000.
