More than $100,000 in stolen property recovered in Crowsnest Pass

CROWSNEST PASS, AB – RCMP in the Crowsnest Pass have found a significant amount of stolen property.

The first of two search warrants was executed on a rural property where two large flat deck trailers, a large generator, and a John Deere skid steer were found. These items are estimated to be worth $100,000.

The recovered items originated from several communities spanning Coaldale to Castlegar, B.C.

A man has been charged with possession of stolen property, however, RCMP will not be releasing his name at this time.

Following a second search warrant, officers found a variety of stolen items, including a small amount of cocaine, inside a vehicle. Charges have been laid against a different unnamed man.
