LETHBRIDGE, AB – The general voting day for the 2019 federal election is still a couple of weeks away, but there are plenty of opportunities to cast your ballot before then.

“At the last election, more electors than ever voted early at advance polls,” says Chief Electoral Officer Stéphane Perrault. “Advance polls will be open for longer hours, and there will be more advance polling stations to better serve Canadians.”

Advance polls will be open on Friday, October 11th to Monday, October 14th from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on each of the four days.

You can also vote in person at your local Elections Canada office on 640 13th Street North any time before 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 15th.

Registered voters can also vote by mail no later than the 15th.

General voting day is Monday, October 21st. Polls will be open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on that day.
