LETHBRIDGE, AB – Prairie Baseball Academy (PBA) has announced that one of their players tested positive for COVID-19.

PBA states that transmission occurred outside of the league and did not occur at their playing facility of Lloyd Nolan Yard.

As a precaution, however, they have made the decision to postpone their Elite Camps until Wednesday, November 11 while sanitizing the facility.

“We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches, and camp attendees,” reads a statement from PBA.

Any questions or concerns regarding the Elite Pitching Camp and Elite Winter Camp can be emailed to pba@telus.net.
