For tenants, there is a No cost, no obligation application process (all of their competitors either require the full security deposit to be paid to review the application or have a processing fee, or have a clause which says if you are approved, you must rent the property).

There is also a “Lease Guarantee” option in lieu of a security deposit. Last spring Renter’s Choice embarked on an exclusive partnership with Locnest to offer a viable, cost saving option for tenants.
