Nicholas Sheran and Stan Siwik pools to open for private lessons February 22

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Next Monday, private lessons will once again be available at two public pools in Lethbridge.

Pool operator, Recreation Excellence, has noted that on Feb. 22, both Nicholas Sheran and Stan Siwik pools will offer private lessons on Monday through Thursday mornings and afternoons, as well as on Saturday mornings.

More than one person can be registered in a private lesson, but only if they are from the same household.

Weekday lessons will run twice a week for two weeks for a total of four, 30-minute sessions. So, interested patrons can book lessons Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks.

Saturday lessons will be once a week for four weeks.

Both pools will also be accepting school groups Monday-Friday and have space available for private household bookings during the week and on weekends.

The City of Lethbridge said Recreation Excellence will be following all COVID-19 protocols and guidance set by the province to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.

Online booking is not available at this time, so anyone wishing to book spots at Nicholas Sheran can call 403-320-3046 and those looking to book at Stan Siwik Pool can call 403-320-3054.
