LETHBRIDGE, AB – Alberta Health Services has identified a seventh case of COVID at Galbraith Elementary School.

The Lethbridge School Division says the facility remains on Outbreak status.

As a result, the Medical Officer of Health has started an investigation and Public Health staff are investigating to find out who may have been exposed at the school to cases during the infectious period.

The division says the risk to the general population in the school of becoming infected because of these cases is low. Over the weekend, multiple new cases were reported at Lethbridge schools.
