Lethbridge Police looking for suspect in alleged road rage incident

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify the driver of a vehicle involved in a suspected road rage incident.

Police responded to an incident on October 21, 2022 where a female driver reported being followed by a male driver to a home in the 1500 block of 29 Street South.

Police say when the woman stopped at the residence, a man in a blue sedan stopped behind her and confronted her, reportedly saying she cut him off.

Further police investigation revealed that he allegedly approached her vehicle and opened the driver’s side door.
Police say the woman started honking the horn to attract attention, and the man reportedly grabbed her wrists. Police say he eventually let her go and drove away.

Police describe the suspect as a Caucasian male, approximately 30 years old with brush-cut hair, a brown plaid shirt, and possibly a French accent.

The suspect vehicle is described as a blue sedan. Surveillance video of the vehicle was obtained by police and an image is shown above.
