The banners were erected on October 1, 2023, and will be displayed until Remembrance Day. The Royal Canadian Legion website has an electronic version of the banners, along with a biography of each person featured.

The Legion is also accepting applications for banners for the 2024 year. The application cut-off is June 30, 2024. Those looking to sponsor a banner can find more information at the project website.
