Community Capital Projects Grant applications open for 2024

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Community Capital Projects Grant (CCPG) is accepting applications in Lethbridge. Non-profits are invited to apply for a boost to their capital construction project.
Funding for the CCPG is available in two streams. These include:
- Stream A covers professional services for planning and design phases
- Stream B funds the actual construction, renovation or retrofitting of facilities. Stream B can also be used to acquire major equipment or enhance facility technology
The City of Lethbridge noted that all grant projects must also be eligible on a matched-grant basis. This means that the organization must be able to secure additional sources of funding to finish their project. One-half of approved Stream A project costs can come from CCPG (to a maximum of $25,000 per project), while one-third of approved Stream B project costs can come from CCPG (to a maximum of $200,000 per project).
