Road closures and transit impacts Saturday for 2025 Moonlight Run

The 2025 Runner’s Soul Moonlight Run in Lethbridge will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, resulting in temporary road closures and changes with transit.

The event kicks off at 8:00 p.m., and participants can choose between between a six km walk/run or a 10 km run. It starts at CASA in downtown Lethbridge and heads into Indian Battle Park before returning to CASA via Wendy’s Hill.

To ensure safety, the following roads will be closed at various times throughout the day, reopening by midnight:

• 8 Street South (between 2 Avenue South and 3 Avenue South)
• 3 Avenue South (from Stafford Drive South to Scenic Drive South, including Indian Battle Park)
• 200 Block of Scenic Drive South

Lethbridge Transit will also be affected, with temporary stops from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for the 1 GOLD, 2 BLUE, and 60C routes.
