Triple M Housing pleads not guilty to OH&S charges
LETHBRIDGE, AB – A Lethbridge housing company, facing 13 charges under the provincial Occupational Health and Safety Act, pleaded not guilty to the charges in Lethbridge Provincial Court Tuesday, Oct. 8.
An agent for the company asked that the matter be adjourned until Nov. 12, to allow for a Pre-Trial Conference to occur. A multi-day trial is eventually expected.
According to OH & S, the charges that remain against the company include:
· Failure to ensure the health and safety of a worker by failing to ensure the use of spotters when operating the crane system
