One case of COVID each confirmed at Galbraith Elementary School and Wilson Middle School

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge School Division has confirmed one new case of COVID-19 each at two more of its schools.
One case has been identified at Wilson Middle School, while one case has also been confirmed at Galbraith Elementary School.
Close contacts in both instances are being notified and asked to isolate for at least 14 days. Enhanced cleaning is taking place, with a focus on high-touch areas and spots where the infected individuals at both schools were present.
The school schedule, at both facilities, will proceed as normal on Monday, November 2. As in other cases involving schools, it was not reported whether the cases at each facility involved a staff member or student.
