Renter’s Choice is Not a Real Estate company. It is a full service, licensed property management company, connecting landlords with qualified tenants, by utilizing specific systems and services, in a manner that offers added value.

The company’s ‘Full Service’ management includes property showings, tenant screenings, lease negotiations, rent collection, property inspection and repair services, which includes a DIY program for landlords.

For tenants, there is a No cost, no obligation application process (all of their competitors either require the full security deposit to be paid to review the application or have a processing fee, or have a clause which says if you are approved, you must rent the property).
