UPDATE: No threat or danger found after post referencing college

LETHBRIDGE – It turns out a social media post perceived as threatening to Lethbridge College was not actually referencing the school, according to police.
The message circulating on Snapchat Wednesday night, which prompted the college to contact police, refers to the “LSA,” and came from out of province. “LSA” was apparently thought by some to refer to the Lethbridge College Students Association, or LCSA.
The message warns “LSA students” not to attend class because someone is planning on killing people. “This is not a drill,” it said.
