Lethbridge girl shares her experience of winning CHL Jersey Design Contest
Lottie Peterson, a six-year-old girl from Lethbridge, won the Canadian Hockey League’s (CHL) Annual Jersey Design Contest in 2024.
Partnering with Real Canadian Superstore, the CHL’s Annual Jersey Design Contest allows a child 16 years old or younger to create a design for a jersey for a team in either the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) or the Western Hockey League (WHL). This encourages fans to support their local teams and raise money for PC Children’s Charity.
The contest has raised $601,587 in charitable funds in total. In Lethbridge, $5,479 was raised for six local schools from the contest last year.
Lottie designed one for the Lethbridge Hurricanes and won the contest this past hockey season.
