Driver, six children injured in school bus rollover

BLOOD RESERVE – A school bus has rolled on the Blood Reserve, injuring the driver and six students.

Blood Tribe Police say they were called around 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 22. The bus had rolled after going off the road.

Police tell lethbridgenewsNOW the driver and three of the students were taken to the hospital with injuries such as broken ribs. Three others were treated at the scene.

Investigators are still looking into the cause of the crash but have ruled out alcohol and any other criminal factors.
