263 new COVID cases in Alberta, Hinshaw clarifies restaurant capacity rules
EDMONTON, AB. – Alberta Health Services has released its update on COVID-19 for Tuesday, covering statistics compiled over the past 24 hours.
263 cases were confirmed across the province, bringing the total to 129,338. Of those, 4,993 cases are active while 122,544 people have recovered.
In the South Zone, 36 people tested positive with the majority coming from Lethbridge’s 24.
To date, 1,791 Albertans have died from COVID with another nine since yesterday’s update.
