Energy Efficiency Open House Coming to Lethbridge

Jul 25, 2016 | 7:54 AM

LETHBRIDGE – Those interested in the province’s energy efficiency systems will have a chance to chat with panelists from Alberta’s Energy Efficiency Advisory.

Lethbridge is just one stop in several Energy Efficiency Open Houses to be held in the province.

Panel members and technical experts will be on hand to discuss visions for energy efficiency and community energy systems programming and suggested actions.

The open house takes place at the Southern Alberta Ethnic Association (421 6 Avenue South) on Wednesday, July 27, at 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Anyone unable to attend the session can submit ideas and proposals online through the Energy Efficiency Advisory Panel website.

Input gathered from the open house sessions, online submissions and engagements with Indigenous communities and technical stakeholders will help inform the foundation of Alberta’s energy efficiency and community energy programs to be implemented early in 2017.
