Coaldale RCMP seek cistern thieves

COALDALE –  RCMP are hoping someone with a sharp eye can help them find a 1,000 lb cistern that was stolen from The Fibreglass Shoppe between February 10th – 13th, with the serial number #SN1700500.
Police didn’t get a complaint about it until today (February 21st).
The cistern is made of fibreglass and is worth $4,900. RCMP say based on its size, whoever took it would have to transport it on a large trailer.
Cisterns are waterproof receptacles that usually hold water, and are used on rural properties.
