LETHBRIDGE – A giant, 10 acre corn maze just north of Lethbridge is now open to the public, and has its own “Canada 150” theme this year.

The Lethbridge Corn Maze, near Picture Butte, opened Friday (July 28) and will remain open 6 days a week, until October 28.

There are actually four mazes that people can explore; the large maze, a kids maze, trivia and scavenger hunt mazes. At the centre of them all, is a toonie carved out of corn stalks.

There’s also a petting zoo, cow train and hay rides.

During July and August, the operation is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.

September and October, it will be open Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.
