First of three Opioid information and training sessions held in Lethbridge tonight

LETHBRIDGE – Anyone interested in learning about current drug trends in southern Alberta, harm reduction practices, overdose recognition and Naloxone administration, is invited to take part in a number of information and training sessions. 
 
Sponsored by Alberta Health Services and ARCHES (formerly known as Lethbridge HIV Connection) a Naloxone training session will be held tonight (March 23) and April 4 both at 6:30 pm at  Friends Place at the Library Crossings Branch on Lethbridge’s west side.
 
An Opioid awareness session will also be held March 30th from 7-8 pm at the Main Library Branch in downtown Lethbridge.

Naloxone kits will be available at the sessions, along with addiction information.
