Lethbridge College hosting Global Game Jam on campus this weekend

LETHBRIDGE – Creative minds and technical skills are being put to the test this weekend as Global Game Jam has taken over the Lethbridge College campus.
Global Game Jam is the world’s largest game jam event, with competitors from nearly 100 countries all taking part in the challenge at the same time, from Jan. 26 to 28.
Participants have 48 hours to design a game from scratch, which organizers say creates a frenetic and energetic scene as designers bring their ideas to life.
This year’s event is taking place in Lethbridge College’s Instructional Building, where competitors will have round-the-clock access to the design area.
