Lethbridge Bulls Get Past Medicine Hat 5-4

MEDICINE HAT – Four first-inning runs helped the Lethbridge Bulls (25-17) to a 5-4 win over the Medicine Hat Mavericks (29-15) at Athletic Park on Monday.

Lachlan Mayo racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Lethbridge Bulls as he homered in the first inning.

The Medicine Hat Mavericks had no answer for Terrell Dorsey, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Dorsey held the Medicine Hat Mavericks hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one.

Tanner Jesson-Dalton improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lethbridge Bulls. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered 10 hits.
