TABER - If anyone was caught in a photo radar trap in Taber September 1, 2017, they will not be getting a ticket.

Taber Police say they have received a complaint about the actions of an Automated Traffic Enforcement Unit (ATE) officer, who was apparently caught sleeping on the job.

There is also apparently a photo of the officer asleep during their shift.

Police say they have contacted the employer, The City of Lethbridge, and have been told there will be a review and an investigation into the officer's conduct.

They say they have also been assured by the City that all photo radar violations that occured that day within the Town, will not be processed.
