TABER – If anyone was caught in a photo radar trap in Taber September 1, 2017, they will not be getting a ticket.
Taber Police say they have received a complaint about the actions of an Automated Traffic Enforcement Unit (ATE) officer, who was apparently caught sleeping on the job.
There is also apparently a photo of the officer asleep during their shift.
Police say they have contacted the employer, The City of Lethbridge, and have been told there will be a review and an investigation into the officer’s conduct.
