Police continue investigation of robbery and assault

LETHBRIDGE – Information is needed on the suspects in Monday (Jan 8) morning’s robbery and assault at Park Place Mall where bear spray was used.
Around 11:30 a.m. four men entered iWorld and grabbed multiple iPhones before running out of the store. Two male employees ran after the subjects and chased them south across the street to the alley along the 400 block of 1 Avenue South.
In the alley, one of the subjects produced a can of bear spray and sprayed one of the employees in the face. The suspects fled prior to police arriving and a search of the area was negative.
The suspects are described as three black males and one Latino/Hispanic male, approximately 17-19 years old.
